 1. Main Dance Studio 

•  1400 sq ft 

•  Foam Cushioned Marley Flooring​ 

•  6  6 ft. High x 8 ft. Long Mirror

                                           $65/Hour (1.5 hour minimum)

​2. Piano Studio

• 105 sq ft

• New YAMAHA  Baby Grand Piano

• Sound proof walls and ceiling 

                                                 

                                                       $35/Hour

​                                       Rental Requirements

1. Liability insurance with Dragonfly Arts Academy listed as a rider
2. A copy of renter's driver's license or equivalent

3. Rental fee is paid full before the event starts and nonrefundable

4. $200 refundable security deposit
